Bio

Benjamin T. Baird has been creating art his whole life. Even in a 20 year military career he found ways to make beautiful or moving pieces. Whether it was sketches at meals, sculptures from things lying around or photographs in the field, he found a way to make art.

Artist Statement

If the cute loveable fairies no longer have flowers and forests to take care of they turn dark. The fairies that once granted wishes or allowed children to fly are now looking for a way to restore their home. The greater the destruction of nature that happens the darker and meaner they become. How dark will they have to get before humans fix the world that they have broken?
